The price of TiCl4, one of titanium rare material, is rising from July, 2014. The amount of increase has over 12%. From the beginning of September, the price of titanium sponge start to rise as well. Considering this case, some experts speculate that the price of titanium sponge and titanium goods will be a new round rise. So maybe in the near few months the titanium market will meet a new prosperity!

Chemical purity — 99,80%-99,89%

Nickel wire produced by our Company is wound on plastic spools. One length of the wire should be wound on a spool; however some manufacturers fail to comply with this regulation. When more than one length is used on a spool, there is no clear indication of what is wound on the spool as beneath more than one layer of the nickel wire DKRNT 0.025 KT:  there might be wire of different diameter or even wire from a metal dissimilar to nickel and a few other manufacturers have already been caught doing so. That is why our company strictly follows GOST 2179-75 requirements.

Nickel wire requires protection from mechanical damages, chemical substances or damp during its transportation. Considering this fact, our company has paid close attention to outer packaging of the product: each end of the wire is securely fixed and surface is protected by packaging paper. Moreover, each spool is packed in a plastic container which is undoubtedly advantageous in relation to weather resistance during exporting the product to the countries with different climatic conditions. The spools in their containers are placed into a damage-proof plastic box with a transparent polycarbonate lid.

Customers buy the nickel wire made from the NP2 alloy more often because the cost of the nickel wire made from the NP1 alloy is several times higher.

Nickel 200 (UNS N02200/W.Nr. 2.4060 & 2.4066)is commercially pure (99.6%) wrought nickel. 

It has good mechanical properties and excellent resistance to many corrosive environments. 

Other useful features of the alloy are its magnetic and magnetostrictive properties, high thermal and electrical conductivities, low gas content and low vapor pressure.

Application:

Electroplating, Aluminum Coloring: Its mechanical properties
